Modifying Your Order
Unfortunately, once your order has been processed we are unable cancel or modify an order. Please follow our return instructions once your order is received.
Out of Stock Items
Because we strive to offer a 'fresh and current' selection of fashion accessories inventory may be limited. Due to high demand we cannot guarantee stock. You will be notified if an item in your order is out of stock. Waitlist requests are always welcome.
Items on backorder are notated upon checkout; most backorder items are shipped to you within one business week. You will be notified if there is a change or delay with your backorder item.
Shipment Refusal or Undeliverable Packages
Shipment refusals for any reasons beyond the control of Mimi Boutique will be subject to a 15% restocking fee or a flat fee of $40 (which ever amount is greater). We recommend double checking shipping address sumbitted on all orders to avoid possible errors. If a shipment is returned or is undeliverable due an incomplete or incorrect address you may be subject to additional shipping fee.

In the case of a refused shipment: customer is responsible for original shipping charges, taxes, duties and custom charges incurred for the 'ship to process as well as returned shipment'. These fees/amounts will be deducted from your return.
International orders are subject to address verifications to ensure that shipments are routed correctly without delays.
At this time international orders are shipped via USPS. We are unable to track international orders shipped via USPS and are not responsible delays due to customs, and lost or stolen merchandise.

If for any reason you are not entirely pleased with your order we will issue you a refund.
Please follow these easy steps when returning an item:
- Please notify us via email regarding the item you are returning.
- Returns must be received within 20 days of receipt of your shipment from us. We expect to receive your returned items within the 20 day period following the date that you received your shipment from us.
- Please include a copy of your Mimi Boutique invoice with your return.
- Returned items must be unused and returned in original packaging. Please note: any items returned that have been found to have been used will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- Any return received after the 20 day grace period will be issued a store credit which will be good for any future purchase.
- Once your return is received it will be processed promptly and an email notification will be sent to you.
- Upon request we are happy to provide you a return label for handbag returns. Please specify this request via email and a quote will be provided to you. (The fee for this will be deducted from your return.)
Shipping charges will not be refunded. Your refund credit will reflect the original purchase cost less our shipping fee. Costs associated with shipping items back for a return or exchange are the sole responsibility of the buyer. We advise you to use a traceable shipping method such as UPS to protect and ensure your returned item(s). We will not accept liability for lost returns that are not traceable.
