Return Policy

To ensure that your shopping experience with us is top notch, all items are quality checked prior to shipping. We encourage you to read this before placing an order with Mimi Boutique and feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns.

 

Returns Information

  • Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the ship date.
  • Returned items must be unused and returned in original packaging. Please note: any items returned that have been found to have been used will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
  • Bauble Sets: must be returned as a complete set.

Items that do not qualify for a return:

  • All SALE/CLEARANCE items are FINAL sale.
  • Items purchased during a SPECIAL sale when discount is 50% or greater are considered FINAL sale.
  • To ensure the quality of our products, Mimi Boutique does not accept any returns or exchanges on hair accessories, hats, earrings and vintage items.

Return Process

Returns for store credit will be processed free of charge, while returns for a refund to your original payment method will require a handling & processing fee of $3.75, which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded to you. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please follow these steps when returning an item:

  • Please notify us via email regarding the item you are returning. Choose a return for store credit or for a refund.
  • Returns must be received within 30 days of the ship date; any items returned after the grace period will be issued a store credit.
  • Please include a copy of your Mimi Boutique invoice with your return.
  • Once your return is processed an email notification will be sent to you.
  • Upon request we are happy to provide you a return label for your return. Please specify this request via email and a quote will be provided to you. (The fee for a return label will be deducted from your return.)

Costs associated with shipping items back for a return or exchange are the sole responsibility of the buyer. We advise you to use a traceable shipping method such as UPS to protect and ensure your returned item(s). We will not accept liability for lost returns that are not traceable. Unfortunately we cannot refund duties, taxes or shipping charges on international returns.

Refunds & Store Credits

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Refunds are processed within 10 days after we receive your return.
  • Any items returned after the grace period will be issued a store credit.
  • A store credit is sent in the form of coupon code via the email address on file.
  • Store credit cannot be transferred to another account or person.
  • Store credits do not expire.

Trouble with a recent order?

We ask that you inspect all items within 4 days of receiving them. If there is an issue please contact us immediately via phone or email so we can rectify things promptly!
